Advanced Heath Care Directives
|
|
|
Don't put it off! Everyone, and I mean everyone whether you are
18 or 80, has to have a health care directive completed and
filed with your HMO or primary physician to insure that your
wishes are adhered to in the event you become incapacitated.
To that extent, we have made available forms on this site
for Veterans Administration and the State of California. Those
out side the State of California can find forms for their state
by doing a search on the internet. These forms are fillable on
your computer using the latest Adobe®
Reader. |

NOTICE OF VOTE
The membership is advised that a vote will be taken at the 16
February 2012 meeting to increase the Post Yearly Dues from
$30.00 to $35.00. Post By-Laws require that the membership be
notified of said vote by the Adjutant at the regular meeting
prior to the vote and be published in the newsletter and on the
website after said notification has been made. The increase in
dues is necessitated by an increase in National Per Capita Tax.
All members “In Good Standing” may vote on this issue. The
measure requires a simple majority of those present and voting
to pass.”
